We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a one-night retention charge. For specific properties, cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Yes — please mention this as a special request when booking or contact our concierge directly. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be complimentary or carry a nominal charge depending on the property and season.

Absolutely. Select "Airport Transfer" as an add-on while booking, or contact our concierge team after your reservation is confirmed. We arrange transfers to and from Goa (Dabolim / Mopa) airport.

Once our team confirms your booking, we will send a secure payment link. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation, with the balance settled before or at check-in depending on the property.
